Everything was great during 1 day, appreciated its great location close to several restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy as well as Jiffy Lube Live. We had iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a couch bed in the suite. The staff was super-friendly, amicable, and responded promptly to requests.

Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, as it was situated close to the Jiffy Lube Live venue and within walking distance of various dining and shopping establishments.

The air conditioner/heating unit in the room was extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This issue was experienced not only by me but also by my family members who were staying in a different room.

We are people who like karaoke and casinos, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that Springhill Suites offers karaoke nights and is conveniently located near several casinos.

The manager went above and beyond and even signed us up for rewards. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the hotel had great facilities. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. our experience was the best we've had.
